Each Craft is made by hand by either my husband or myself. Because our product is individually made, by hand, there will be imperfections and no two crafts will be identical. Therefore: All Sales Are Final. No Returns are accepted.

However, if your purchase arrives to you damaged (example: a seam has a hole in it or the decals didn't stick) email us at: tlc@tlc-handmadebagsandmore.com within 10-days of recieving the delivery, with Photos and a description of the problem- Please include as much detail as possible- and we will do our best to work with you to fix the product.

Please note, TLC is not responsible for damage that is purposely inflicted to the product.
Plush Toys are NOT intended to use as PET TOYS. Pet Damage will be treated as purposely inflicted damage.

Any Changes or Cancelation of Custom Orders MUST be made within 3 Days from the date of order placement.
(Example: Order placed on Thursday; you have until Sunday to make changes or cancel.)

The 50% Deposit on Custom Orders is NON-REFUNDABLE in the cases of canceled orders.
